For this hypothetical project, we were asked to communicate to the citizens of Geneva to encourage them to choose the bicycle for their daily trips. This web series tells us the story of a young maniaque and lonely man. He sees his life balance disturbed when he learns that he has just inherited a small bike repair shop.
In order to promote the financial aid offered by the Canton of Geneva for the purchase of a bicycle, we have produced a web-series consisting of four episodes lasting approximately one and a half minutes each. Change of personality, introspective journey of the character. This web-series is an invitation to choose the bicycle. A touching and sentimental visual hymn which tells the story of a solitary hero who reconnects with his grandfather's passion.
Once the communication concept was defined, we wrote the script and draw the storyboard. Once the shooting was finished, we split among ourselves the editing and post-production of the different episodes and the title sequence jobs.
The shooting took place during 4 days at the Pavillon Cycla in Geneva. The Pavillon Cycla is a real bicycle renovation workshop that we have set up to suit this story.
Geneva is a cyclist friendly city with bike lanes on almost all the paths and roads. There is also a lot of countryside waiting to be explored.
